In the new Minecraft 1.16.4 Release Candidate 1, the developers have dramatically changed the lower world, adding new biomes and their inhabitants.
What's new in Minecraft 1.16.4
A dense, mist-shrouded forest in red tones, consisting of multi-story islands and huge mushrooms. New mobs piglins and hoglins live here.
A modified version of the crimson forest, instead of red, turquoise prevails here, and huge mushrooms are much closer to each other. Here you can meet Enderwalkers and Striders.
The biome is a large blue fog grotto made up of blocks of sand and soul soil, on which hellish fossils are often found. Ghasts, wanderers and skeletons are often found in this dangerous place.
A volcanic biome, with many pillars and flying islands made of basalt and black stone. Purple fog and ash particles are immediately visible in the air of the biome. Lava cubes and sometimes ghasts and striders appear quite often here.

Mobs can be deceived, they will take the player for their own and stop attacking if the player is wearing gold armor. Piglins can be traded by offering them a gold bar.
It is a cube with long legs and appears in the lava oceans and lakes of the nether world. The mob can be saddled and controlled using a fishing rod with a distorted mushroom. Lavomerki feel very uncomfortable outside the lava, starting to tremble and change color, and the water does damage to them. You will be able to breed Bench Traders with a Warped Mushroom.
